559 Ride Concepts provides digital automotive concept visualizations. Images are artistic previews and are not engineering drawings, fitment guarantees, mechanical advice, or promises that a real-world modification will look or perform exactly as shown.
Orders, payment & revisions
Submitting a request does not require payment. Project scope, delivery expectations, included revisions and the exact price are confirmed before paid work begins. Payment is due before design work begins. A revision is an adjustment to the purchased concept; a substantially different build direction may be treated as a new concept and quoted separately. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional charge, which will be confirmed before that work begins.
Customer photos
By submitting photos, the customer confirms they have permission to provide them for the requested visualization. Customer work will not be presented as a completed physical modification. Portfolio/publication permission should be obtained before publicly displaying customer-submitted work.
Refunds & cancellations
Before design work begins, cancellation and refund requests may generally be accommodated. Once custom design work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because custom digital work is being performed, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements. If 559 Ride Concepts cannot complete the agreed work, the affected amount will be refunded.
